Your Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests: Ensure a warm, professional greeting for visitors in French, Dutch, and preferably English or German.
• Check-in and check-out: Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, following internal protocols.
• Information and assistance: Provide guests with details on activities, campsite services, and local attractions.
• Reservation management: Manage online and phone reservations, keeping booking systems up-to-date.
• Handling complaints and special requests: Follow up on guest requests and issues promptly and kindly to ensure satisfaction.
• Administrative tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the reception’s organization and smooth operation.

For the 2025 season, Arden Parks Petite Suisse is looking for motivated and detail-oriented cleaning staff to keep our facilities pristine. You will be responsible for cleaning chalets, tents, sanitary facilities, and common areas to ensure our guests enjoy a clean and welcoming environment. This position is ideal for students and flexible workers eager to work in a natural and dynamic setting.

Your Responsibilities

• Accommodation Cleaning: Clean and disinfect chalets, tents, and other lodging after each departure and before each arrival.
• Sanitary Maintenance: Clean and disinfect sanitary facilities (showers, toilets, sinks) several times a day, following hygiene and safety standards.
• Common Areas: Ensure cleanliness in shared spaces (reception, playroom, barbecue area) to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stock Management: Make sure cleaning products and supplies (soap, toilet paper, etc.) are available in all areas.
• Reporting Maintenance Needs: Identify and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate teams.
• Compliance with Standards: Follow hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a healthy environment for our guests.

As a member of our bar team, you’ll be responsible for serving drinks and preparing snacks, ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. This role is ideal for students, flexi-jobbers, and extra staff seeking a flexible seasonal position in a welcoming environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Serving drinks: Take orders and serve drinks (soft drinks, beer, simple cocktails) quickly and accurately.
• Preparing snacks: Prepare and serve snacks (sandwiches, small bites) to satisfy guests’ cravings.
• Welcoming guests: Create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests are satisfied at all times.
• Cleaning and organizing: Keep the bar clean and organized, maintaining work surfaces and equipment according to hygiene and safety standards.
• Stock management: Check the stock of drinks and snacks, reporting any need for replenishment.
